- Tuesday: 15h45: Yoga for Beginners & Advanced Beginners (yoga pour Débutants et Débutants Avancés) FULL, WAITING LIST ONLY (cours complete, liste d’attente seulement)
- Thursday: 10h00: Advanced Beginners/Intermediate FULL, WAITING LIST ONLY (cours complete, liste d’attente seulement)
GROUP MAT PILATES SCHEDULE AS OF JANUARY 2026
Pilates: maximum 12 students per class, classes are open to all levels (maximum 12 élèves, les classes sont ouvertes à tous les niveaux)
- Monday: 9h30-10h25 – 1 space available (une espace dispo)
- Tuesday: 10h00-10h55 – FULL, WAITING LIST ONLY (cours complete, liste d’attente seulement)
- Wednesday: 17h30-18h30 – mixed Pilates and yoga FULL, WAITING LIST ONLY (cours complete, liste d’attente seulement)
